Police Is Not As Same As Goverment Employers

Police is not the same as Government employers, yup that's my opinion, even their salary is same. Why I have that opinion?, I'll not telling you clearly about my reason why I chose this Subject. The reader will find the answer on my sentence above.
Polisi Oh Polisi, I was remember that sentence, it was famous in my ears and my eyes, cause that's a title of my commander website, actually it's a blogsite, not a website. Why I took that sentence at the beginning of my paragraph? cause as police we always thinking, Police oh Police, Why? why?, it become a question a big question for me may be for other police officer in this country, there are something wrong, not there is , cause it so many thing what must be fixed, the system is not right, we as police is like a sit, less people give us a respect, who made that thing happen?
we all know the answer! yup we are. We made that image to the civilians out there, we were thinking with our uniform we have many right and have right to brake the rules, that what we were thinking, but actually it was wrong, abusing authority that's what we have done so far, it's not 100% correct. we still have may good police officers out there in our institution, may be less than 10% is a bad cop ( we called OKNUM), many good police out  there dealing with a bad people, criminals, armed men, dealing with high risk situation , they helping people they patrol to give a sense of security to civilians, they must sacrifice, leaving their family for holy task given by nation, but all we have done for this country was nothing.they still thinking that we( police) is a criminals with uniform, they really not thinking what we have done for them, they didn't in scene when our partner get killed, get shot, get injured, lost their life for this nation , for you guys as  civilians, they just judging us, cause a mistake made by small number of us, I'll Let you guys know something here, no body perfect ,but now we are trying, only ALLAH SWT is perfect, 
you can imagine if your demand granted by government, there is no police officers in this country. What will happen ? i don't give you the answer  you guys already know the answer.
 The point is, police is different from other job, we in direct contact with civilians, there's happy there's not, that's is our Risk.
