Questions/ Hope For Indonesian National Police Officers Toward To Profesional Police

it should be like this, giving sense of security

 I would like to hear from the Police Officers about innovative practices in all areas of law enforcement for sharing:

1. How do you transform force processes and increase efficiency? 
2. How do you improve officers performance and increase public confidence? 

Police officers are honest, act with integrity and do not compromise or abuse their position. that is the first point that every police officers must to know and understand. if the first point are being understood by all Indonesian Police  there will be not violations of human rights.
Police officers act with self control treating the civilians with respect and courtesy.Police act with fairness and impartiality, not distinguish a class of.when police have right for using his force they must use their force if necessary, proportionate, and reasonable  in all circumstance. they have a procedures to handle different case, before they use lethal weapon they can use less lethal weapon that can avoid impact of serious injury.

Police officers only give and carry out lawful orders and instructions..Police officers abide by police regulations, force policies and lawful orders.Police officer keep tight secret information that need it in secret operational police, fitness police officer keep their physic and mental to support the implementation of task.police officer behave in a manner which does not discredit the police service or undermine public confidence, whether on or off duty. Police officers report any action taken against them for a criminal offence, conditions imposed by a court. not accept a dirty money /bribes from public to smooth their business. no corruption , no nepotism  no collusion.

perhaps if that happen INP will come forward to becoming professional police that loved by public.
Hopefully become a reality.
